Online Quote Request System:
Allow your clients to request a quote online, with an automated email quote sent straight to your PC. If this would enhance the flow of your business, we can add this functionality to your website... Your clients can browse all your products / services via your online catalogue or list, and request a quote online 24/7 on your website. Your sales team can then reply to your clients' request at a convenient time. Your clients will be able to provide the required information to request a quote online. The required product(s) and their relevant quantities will be specified, after which the client's information will be entered i.e. name, email, contact details, etc. Once the quote request is submitted, the information will be automatically emailed through to your selected email address (e.g. quotes@xxxxx.co.za). A message will then be displayed on the screen to your client indicating that the 'online quote request' has been sent (after which you can provide the quote based on their request).

Online Quoting Systems:
Your clients will be able to receive an online quote directly from your website. Your website will then include product pricing. Once all products, that the client is interested in, is selected and quantities specified they can receive a quote in real-time. The quote will be calculated based on your specified pricing structure (and discount structure where applicable for selected clients). You and your client will receive an email notification of the quote's details given to your client from your website. Terms and conditions applicable to your business will be included in the online quote.
