Online Ordering Systems:

Wouldn't it be nice to allow your clients to place an order for your products via your website and even (optionally) get a live cost estimate while they order? We can add this functionality to your website...

If required your clients can be allocated a username & password which will be used to login to your Online Ordering System on your website, thus ensuring that only an authorised set of users will be allowed to place orders and generate cost estimates. Users can either be linked to a database (registration required), or can order once-off by providing their details at the end of the order process. This is dependant on the type of system you choose and the frequency of orders made by a certain user.

 
For once-off users, the following procedure applies. Your clients will be able to provide the required information to order online, via your website. The required product(s) and their relevant quantities will be specified, after which the client's information will be entered i.e. name, email, contact details, etc. Once the order is submitted, the information will be automatically emailed through to your selected email address (e.g. order@xxxxx.co.za). A message will then be displayed on the screen to your client indicating that the online order has been sent (after which you can contact, or email the client based on their request).

Your Online Ordering System can either include your product prices or be used as an online request if your prices are not included.
